Lonnie and Clara Troutman founded this business in 1976.   After 44 years and countless satisfied clients, Clara retired from active brokerage on June 30, 2020. Lonnie continues to work in the real estate field.

 

Lonnie obtained his auctioneer's license in 1974.  He has been very active in the Auctioneer's Association of North Carolina (AANC), serving as President and numerous other positions.  In 1989 he was inducted into the AANC Hall of Fame.

Clara is active in the AANC serving in various positions in the auxiliary.

In 2018 Danny Troutman and Karen Troutman Clark stepped into management roles in the company.  They were teenagers when they began working with their parents in this business. Over the years that have worked in a multitude of roles within the company and also outside of the company.

Danny currently oversees the residential and commercial rental properties.

​

Karen is a real estate broker and manages the office.
